Huevos revueltos with calabacitas
Instructions
In a skillet cook the zucchini in butter for 4-5 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, chili powder and salt; incorporate half of cheese.
Pour the mixture over the zucchini and cook over gentle heat without stirring until the eggs begin to stiffen the bottom and edges of the pan.
Lift and fold the edges of the tortilla so that the mixture still on the surface coming into contact with the skillet and thickens.
Continue to raise and fold for 5 minutes; then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and serve.

- 2 coarsely chopped zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 100 g of caciotta cheese cut into strips
- Salt
