Instructions
Let macerate in a tightly closed jar cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel in alcohol for 10 days.
After this period, filtered.
Mix the honey with water and boil until reduced by half the volume of the solution; Let cool and pour in alcohol.
When it cools down bottled with sealing wax and Cork.
Wait a couple of months before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of alcohol at 80 degrees
- 2 g of cinnamon in the barrel
- 1/2 g of cloves
- 400 g of honey
- 100 cl of water
