Instructions

Prepare the crusta this way: put in a coffee saucer orange juice, and sugar in another.

Wet the rim of a glass to glass in orange juice, then pass in the sugar and let it dry.

Place ice in a shaker, add the tangerine juice, kirsch, sugar syrup and shaken for a few seconds.

Strain the drink into the glass sugar edged decorating the border with orange spiral.
