Incavolata
Instructions
Saute onion, garlic, carrots and potatoes add the cabbage and other vegetables, add plenty of broth and salt.
When vegetables are cooked (soft) add more water if necessary and pour the flour, if there is little time available you can use the precooked, before serving, add the cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 leaves of black cabbage (no coasts)
- Onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 carrots
- Parsley
- Basil
- Vegetable broth
- 3 potatoes
- White beans
- 1 cup of peeled tomatoes
- 500 g of pumpkin
- 300 g of yellow flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
