Tasty roast
Instructions
Peel Garlic, cut in half and rub well over all flesh.
Tie Roast with colorless and slide under the wire Sage.
Mince the anchovies with gherkins, add 20 g of butter and spread this mixture over the meat.
In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons oil and evenly the saucepan, then add salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of wet cream.
Cover and cook for 90 minutes, basting with the cream a little at a time.
Serve the roast into slices with sauce.
