Endive salad with salmon
Instructions
Sifting through the salmon and add salt and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise, tabasco and worcester and mix the cream of salmon.
Fill half full with the mixture prepared each Endive leaf.
Arrange the flower leaves on a large dish and serve.

- 1 tube of cream of smoked salmon
- 10 drops worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops of tabasco
