Endive at agro
Instructions
Remove the Endive heads the toughest outer leaves, remove the Terminal part of the core material and wash in running water.
Put heads close to each other, standing in a narrow saucepan and 20 cm high.
Salt lightly, cover, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Drain, sprinkle with oil and leave to cool.
Sprinkle the lemon juice, turn well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tufts of belgian salad (endive)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 10 cl of olive oil
- Salt
