Arroz a la naranja
Instructions
In a crock melt butter in oil and tostatevi grains of rice for 2 minutes, stirring thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Add water, orange juice, salt and sugar.
Stir over high heat until it begins to boil.
At that point, lower the heat, add the raisins and grated orange zest, stir thoroughly and finish cooking until the rice is cooked and the cooking liquid is evaporated.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of blonde orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 cup of sultanas
- 1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
