Caper salad
Instructions
Wash and dry the salad well.
Cut it into strips and place in a salad bowl previously rubbed with a clove of garlic, peeled.
Dissolve the anchovy paste in a tablespoon of vinegar, add a splash of worcester, 5 tablespoons of oil and the chopped capers.
Stir well and season the salad with this sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 heads of lettuce salad
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- Spray 1 of worcester sauce
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
