Cucumbers salad
Instructions
Wash the cucumbers, spuntarli and slice them with the vegetable slicer without Peel.
Clean the spring onions and cut like cucumbers.
Put them in a bowl and let them macerate for 1 hour covered with 1/2 cup of vinegar.
Drain, season with salt and toss with a little oil.
Rest again for 30 minutes.
Combine the tomatoes, cut into wedges, season with salt and oil, stir and serve.

- 2 big cucumbers
- 4 spring onions
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Olive oil
