Salad croutons
Instructions
Clean the radicchio, washed and cut into pieces.
Saute the bread with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cut into cubes.
Stir in the anchovy paste with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle the salad.
Combine Croutons, chopped anchovies and capers and mix.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of tender radicchio rosso
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 teaspoons of anchovy paste
- 2 teaspoons of capers
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
