Salad with leeks
Instructions
Put in a bowl the soncino washed and chopped, white part of leek, cut into rings, reduced leaf fennel, diced peppers and carrot, cut into julienne.
Emulsify oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, pour over salad, stir and serve.

- 1 leek
- 1 faggot
- 1 carrot
- 2 peppers in olive oil
