Bread salad
Instructions
Slice the vegetables and put them in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt and pepper and let stand for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle 4 tablespoons oil with 1 of vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Pour the sauce over the salad, add a generous handful of breadcrumbs and stir well before serving.

- 1 cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 fresh onions
- Chopped parsley
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
