Orange salad
Instructions
Rinse well and dry the Endive, cut it into strips and arrange on the plates.
Live peeled oranges and cut into the cloves peeled that have on endive.
Add the juice of one Orange and add salt, pepper and oil.

- 1 heart of belgian salad (endive)
- 2 oranges
- 2 radishes
- Some leaves of mint
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
