Grape salad
Instructions
Wash the lettuce and cut into strips.
Wash the grapes and sgranarla.
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and soak of lemon juice.
Put the fruit and salad in a soup-tureen.
Emulsify the yoghurt with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Pour the sauce over the salad, mix well and serve.

- 2 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 1 bunch of white grapes
- 2 bitter apples
- 1 jar of white yoghurt
- 1 lemon
