Instructions

Sliced boiled potatoes, which will form the basis of this salad, and then add the boiled shrimp, tails or shrimp, clams, mussels and hard-boiled eggs cut into slices, a pinch of oregano, a little chopped parsley and basil and dressed with oil and very much lemon juice.

To serve you guarnirla with a mayonnaise not too firm, you'll have made more with a little spicy mustard.
