Mint salad
Instructions
Put in a bowl, combine the soncino washed carrots cut into julienne and corn drained and rinsed.
Season with salt, oil and vinegar.
Add some minced mint leaves.

- 700 g of soncino salad washed away
- 300 g of carrots
- 300 g of corn
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Some leaves of mint
