The niçoise salad
Instructions
In a bowl, place salad first, above the potato boiled and cut into slices, cut 4 tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs cut into wedges.
In the Middle put the chopped tuna, olives, and anchovy fillets.
Dressed with a sauce made by mixing the vinegar, oil, pepper and salt.

- 12 green olives
