Asparagus with butter
Instructions
Clean the asparagus, scrape the white part, wash them well, tie them in bunches and let them cook in salted boiling water until they are tender.
Drain, slegarli, place in a serving dish, cover the tips with plenty of Parmesan cheese, pour over the melted butter and serve.
