Arabic salad
Instructions
This unusual salad prepared peeling two white onions and sweets and cut into rings.
Take now the Orange, remove the peel and white skins between clove and clove by cutting with a knife-sharp.
Clean the green pepper seeds and filaments and cut it into thin strips.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and add the pitted olives and seasoned with an emulsion made with half a teaspoon of mustard, the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and half a teaspoon of sugar.
It is an Arab dish very consumed in the Middle East: only replace the honey with sugar.

- 2 red white onions
- 1 juicy orange
- 1 great green pepper
- 100 g of black olives
