Caledonia salad
Instructions
Clean and wash the lettuce; coarsely chop the leaves and put them in Bowl 1.
Combine the cucumber cut into rings, beetroot peeled and cut into thin slices and eggs not in shell and slice.
Distribute the various ingredients so alternate colors.
Dissolve 1 pinch of salt and 1 handful of pepper with the lemon juice, add 5 tablespoons of olive oil, whisking and serve the vinaigrette aside.
