Carefully wash the tomatoes, dry with absorbent kitchen paper and cut them into slices not too thin.
Slice the mozzarella and arrange neatly on a plate before serving a slice of tomato, mozzarella and then up to exhaust the two ingredients.
Soon after, dressed with oil, salt, pepper and ending with the oregano.
