Capricious salad
Instructions
Boil in 1/2 liter of water for a few minutes the carrot, celery and onion.
Then add the prawns and cook a few more minutes.
Put the beans in 1 Bowl, toss with the anchovy paste, lemon juice, parsley and chopped Basil and let marinate for 1 hour.
Combine all in 1 serving dish and cover with gelatin.
Keep in refrigerator before serving.

- 200 g of shrimp
- 200 g of white beans
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- Parsley
- Basil
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 25 cl of gelatin
