Instructions
Peel vegetables; Peel the potatoes, courgettes and tick scrape carrots.
Cut all the vegetables into 3 cubes and boil separately.
Boil the peas.
As the vegetables are ready, raccoglietele in a large bowl and let cool.
Cut the sausage slices and mix them with boiled vegetables and cold.
Dress the salad with a pinch of salt, a pepper, one of curry, plenty of chopped aromatic and with a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Then drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and half a spoonful of wine.
Stir everything to do this season then transferred the salad on a platter and serve it, decorating as desired.

- 250 g of potatoes
- 200 g of zucchini
- 200 g of frankfurters
- 120 g of carrots

- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of curry
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of dry white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
