Salad with strawberries
Instructions
Clean watercress, washed and crumble it.
Clean and slice the mushrooms and 8 strawberries.
Place the watercress, mushrooms and strawberries in a bowl.
Apart from the other 4 crush strawberries, combine 4 tablespoons oil, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice and emulsify with care.
Pour the sauce over the salad, stir and serve.

- 2 bunches of watercress
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 12 strawberries
- 1 lemon
- White pepper
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
