Salad with figs
Instructions
Wash the Arugula and coarsely chop finely, clean the lettuce cut into strips.
Cut the figs into slices and sausage into small pieces.
Prepare the sauce emulsifying oil, lemon juice and salt.
Dress the salad and finished with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.

- 100 g of type salami cacciatore
- 4 baskets of belgian salad (endive)
