Instructions
Wash vegetables thoroughly, then cut the peppers into strips, slice the tomatoes and onions and combine everything in a bowl.
Add the chopped parsley, 1 pinch of salt, some basil leaves, 1 drop of oil extra virgin olive oil and mix well.

- 130 g of peppers
- 105 g of tomatoes
- 65 g of onions
- 105 g of arugula salad
- Parsley
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 dash of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
