Peel the oranges well white parts ripulendole; clean the fennel.
Slicing each other and arrange on a large serving dish.
Sprinkle with red pepper and cumin, black.
Grattugiarvi to taste the ginger root.
Prepare an emulsion of oil, and a little lemon juice and irrorarvi salad.
Serve as an appetizer.
