Orange salad and herring
Instructions
Peel and cut into chunks not very small oranges, place them in a bowl, then add the herring fillet and the heart of celery cut into pieces.
Season with plenty of oil, a little salt, freshly ground pepper and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 oranges (of which at least 2 prickwood type)
- 1 smoked herring salted
- 1 heart of celery
- Abundant of olive oil
- Little of salt
- Pepper
