Instructions

Peel the avocado, remove the core and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Put it in a bowl and drizzle it with lemon juice.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and merge them to the avocado.

Toss with oil, salt and pepper and garnish with the chopped Mint.

Mix well and serve.
