Banana salad
Instructions
Cut bananas slices and salad round slices.
Pour the yoghurt in a bowl, combine the sugar and beat with a fork for a few minutes.
Combine brandy, banana, salad and mix gently.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- 3 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 3 jars of yoghurt
- 3 bananas
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
