Banana salad with yoghurt
Instructions
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices, wash the lettuce and cut into round slices and put everything in a bowl.
Pour the yoghurt in a bowl, combine the sugar, whisking with a fork and add the brandy.
Season with this sauce salad and put it in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

- 3 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 3 jars of yoghurt
- 3 bananas
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
