Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut them as thinly as possible.
Cut the fontina into strips.
Mince the ham after eliminating fat and amalgametelo mayonnaise; flavored with lemon.
Combined in a salad bowl with artichokes and fontina, poured over mayonnaise, stir gently, and serve.
