Instructions

Clean the carrots and cook for about 15 minutes in salted water.

Cut them into thin disks then.

Peel and cut into four apples, wash and clean the radishes.

Floppy chop the quarters of Apple and radishes.

Select the sultanas, chop the parsley fine, whisk together lemon juice, oil, sugar, yogurt and pepper then mix all the remaining ingredients of the salad.
