Cauliflower salad (2)
Instructions
Wash away the cauliflower, separate the florets and boil in salted water.
Drain well.
In a bowl put the oil, vinegar, capers, the pitted olives, chopped peppers, anchovies, washed, chopped and de-boned.
Season with salt and pepper and add the garlic.
Mix well.
When the florets of cauliflower will warm the sauce after removing the garlic.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 cauliflower from 1000 g
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 100 g of black olives
- Thread 3 of pickled peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
