Red cabbage salad
Instructions
Make firm eggs, put them under cold water, Peel.
Cut the cabbage into strips leaves, wash them, dry them, put them in a salad bowl; distributed over the diced cheese, fennel fillets after they have been deprived of the toughest leaves; hard-boiled eggs into rings.
Lemon juice emulsified with olive oil, salt, pepper, a sprig of chopped chives and season the salad.

- 2 fennel
- 150 g of gruyere cheese
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 eggs
- 1 sprig of chives
