Mushroom salad (2)
Instructions
Peel the Apple and cut it into cubes.
Peel the grapefruit alive and split it into wedges.
Peel and wash the mushrooms, then cut them into thin slices.
Gather it all in a bowl, add the kernels of nuts, Sprinkle chopped parsley.
For dressing, in a small bowl emulsified 6 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 Apple Cider vinegar salt and pepper.

- 100 g of mushrooms
- 60 g of walnut kernels
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 apple
- Chopped parsley
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
