Watercress salad
Instructions
Cut into thin fillets, combine the cabbage heart of celery and radishes into thin slices.
Complete with chopped leaves of dandelion and watercress.
Drizzle with a vinaigrette flavored with chopped pickles and sprinkle with celery leaves.

- 1 clove of white cabbage
- 1 clove of red cabbage
- 1 heart of white celery
- Some of radishes
- Some leaves of dandelion
- Some leaves of watercress
- Vinaigrette
- Pickles
- Some leaves of fresh celery
