Salad of green beans
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water.
Place the beans in a bowl, cheese, sliced tomatoes, chopped lettuce and olives.
Emulsify oil, vinegar, salt and coarsely ground pepper.
Add the parsley and pour the dressing over the salad.
Stir and serve.

- 300 g of green beans
- 120 g of provoletta cheese cake
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 12 olive
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of green pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Salt
