Fresh cheese salad
Instructions
Cut into cubes 100 g Straw, 100 grams of Raschera cheese and 100 g of Murazzano and season these cheeses with a vinaigrette prepared with 10 tablespoons of olive oil, a few drops of vinegar, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley and tarragon together, the yolk of a hard-boiled egg, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard, salt and black pepper.
Serve on a bed of lamb's lettuce and garnish with slices of hard-boiled eggs.

- 100 g of fresh cheese straw
- 100 g of raschera cheese
- 100 g of fresh cheese murazzano
- 10 tablespoons of olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of chopped tarragon and parsley together
- 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon of yellow mustard
- Salt
- Black pepper
