Instructions
Soften apricots and raisins in orange juice.
Cut bananas slices and wet them with lemon juice.
Put the fruit in a bowl then add the almonds and mix gently.
Sweeten the yoghurt and pour it over the fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of dried apricots
- 2 bananas
- 25 g of sultanas
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 150 g of whole yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of almond fillets
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 glass of filtered orange juice
- 20 g of sugar
