Fusilli Salad (Insalata di Fusilli)
Instructions
Boil the peas in salt water.
Cook for 1 minute the shrimp in salted boiling water with 1 bay leaf.
Scald the tomatoes, Peel, de-seed and crush them with a fork.
Crumble the tuna.
Gather it all in a bowl, add the capers and stir.
Boil the fusilli in salted water, drain and pour into the bowl.
Drizzle with oil and stir.
