Instructions
Peel, dig and reduce in mash the avocados and add lemon juice.
Add the cream and mix.
Add the other ingredients and refrigerate.
Serve with a slice of boiled shrimp seasoned with olive oil, lemon and parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 250 g of cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Few slices of onion
- Cayenne pepper
- 600 g of shrimp
