Shrimp and pineapple salad
Instructions
Dice the pineapple pulp collecting the juice.
Join the tails of shrimp and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, 1 tablespoon pineapple juice, ginger, salt and pepper.
Drizzle sauce salad, split it into 4 bowls and garnish with lettuce leaves.

- 1 pineapple mignon
- 200 g of boiled shrimp tails without carapace
- Stratum 1 of red pepper, diced
- 1 slice of yellow pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Leaf lettuce salad
