Shrimp and Artichoke Salad (Insalata di Gamberi e Carciofi)
Instructions
Diluted mayonnaise with cream.
Cook artichoke hearts in salted water for 6 minutes.
Thaw shrimp and let them jump into a pan with butter.
Wash and dry the salad, dress with mayonnaise and arrange on a serving dish.
Separately seasoned artichokes and shrimp with the sauce, add salt and arrange on salad.
Garnish with capers.

- 40 g of capers
- 400 g of lettuce salad
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 90 g of mayonnaise
- Olive oil sauce and lemon
