Crab Salad (Insalata di Granchio)
Instructions
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, cut the cucumber slices and put everything in a bowl with the crab meat chopped.
Work the mayonnaise with ketchup, cognac and Tabasco and blend.
Pour the sauce into the bowl, mix well and serve.

- 1 cucumber
- 1 red apple
- 1 green apple
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of spicy ketchup
- 2 drops of tabasco
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
