Wheat salad
Instructions
Soak the bulgur (available in Middle Eastern food shops and herbalists) in cold water for 30 minutes.
Leave it to drain, place in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice.
Combine salt, pepper and 6 tablespoons of oil.
Slice the spring onions, cut into cubes the tomatoes and cucumbers and chop Mint and parsley.
Add the bulgur and mix well.
Let stand for about 20 minutes and serve.

- 100 g of bulghur (burghul)
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 spring onions
- 2 lemons
- Fresh mint
- Parsley
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
