Lentil and sausage salad
Instructions
Add the bouquet garni, onion studded with cloves, washed carrot, lentils and 3/4 of a litre of cold water in a pressure cooker.
Close and cook a quarter of an hour.
Cut the red bell pepper into strips.
Soak the sausage in boiling water 1 minute.
Dissolve the mustard with the oil and vinegar.
Drain lentils and sausages.
Put them together with the peppers in a bowl, add salt, pepper and dress with the sauce.

- 200 g of lentils
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove
- 8 small cocktail sausage
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of aromatic mustard
- 1 bunch of herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
