Mango salad
Instructions
Cut the mango slices after they are peeled.
Arrange the slices on a plate.
Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the juice over the fruit, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Cut the onions into rings and deploy them on mango.
Sprinkle with the chili seeds and private fine cut and decorate with Mint.

- A Few Sprigs Mint =
- 2 pods of chili verde
