Instructions

Put in pot with little water, flavourings and spices, wine and salt.

When it boils add the Octopus and shrimp.

Cook.

Shell the shrimp, cut into slices the polyp.

Open the mussels.

In a glass cup put the shrimp, mussels and Octopus.

Season with pepper, parsley, lemon juice and oil.
